When Minds Shift, Communities Rise
Every lasting transformation begins in the mind. When leaders experience a shift in how they think, they begin to lead with vision, courage, and purpose, and entire communities feel the impact.
This powerful truth was at the heart of the Kingsley Obiukwu Foundation Mindset Transformation Programme, a leadership development initiative created to reshape how leaders think, act, and influence the people they serve.
A Gathering of Purpose-Driven Leaders
Community leaders from Nnewi North, Nnewi South, and Ekwusigo Local Government Areas came together for an experience that went far beyond a conventional training. In a room filled with openness, reflection, and determination, leaders engaged in practical teachings, honest conversations, and real-life leadership tools designed for today’s leadership realities.
The programme was powered by the Kingsley Obiukwu Foundation, in partnership with the GOTNI Leadership Centre, and expertly facilitated by Dr. Linus Okorie, renowned leadership expert and founder of GOTNI Leadership Centre.
Throughout the sessions, Dr. Okorie challenged participants to re-examine their assumptions about leadership, responsibility, and influence. His teachings emphasised that leadership is not about titles or authority, but about values, character, and service to the community.

More Than a Training, A Mindset Shift
This was not just a learning session.
It was a moment of awakening.
The 2025 Mindset Transformation Training sparked deep reflection and renewed commitment among participants, equipping them to lead with clarity, confidence, and moral courage. At the conclusion of the programme, all participants were formally presented with certificates, recognising their successful completion of the training and their commitment to intentional leadership.
Leaders left with more than notes. They left with a renewed sense of responsibility and a clear call to lead intentionally within their communities.
